15-MINUTE WORKFLOW WALKTHROUGH
Let’s See Whether True Home Fits Your Current Workflow.
A short discussion, focused on how you manage subcontractors, compliance and payments today. Keep your existing software unless there’s a reason to change.
Rescheduling? Pick a new time below. A member of our team confirms the change by email and releases your original time.
Two short steps: a few details, then real open times from our team’s calendar in your time zone.
- Your details
- Pick a time
A few details first
Nothing long: the people who join the call read these so the 15 minutes start on your workflow, not on introductions. We will focus on the subcontractor documents, approvals and payments on your active jobs.
What happens after you send this: A member of our team will discuss your workflow; no pressure to replace your current system.
Then you pick a time. The next step shows real open times from our team’s calendar in your time zone. Your confirmation includes the meeting details, a calendar invitation and a link to reschedule or cancel.

What do COI, W-9 and lien waiver mean?
- Certificate of insurance (COI)
- A document from a subcontractor's insurer showing which coverage the sub carries and when it expires. It is the paper you want current before that sub is on site or gets paid.
- W-9
- The tax form that gives you a subcontractor's legal name and taxpayer identification number. You need it on file before paying a sub, so year-end reporting is not a scramble.
- Lien waiver
- A sub's signed release of lien rights for work that has been paid. Matching each waiver to the payment it covers keeps the payment trail clean.
Requirements vary by state, lender and contract. True Home organizes the documentation; it does not replace your counsel's guidance.
Pick a time
A short call with a member of the True Home team, at a real open time from our calendar. We will focus on the subcontractor documents, approvals and payments on your active jobs.
No open times in the next 10 days. Request a callback below and a member of our team will reach out on the day and in the window you choose. This does not book an appointment; it queues a real follow-up with a person.
Your confirmation page shows the scheduled time, who you are meeting and the meeting link; a calendar invitation with a reschedule or cancel link follows by email.
Request a callback
Choose a day and a window in your local time and a member of our team will call you. This requests a call; it does not book an appointment.
Office hours: we call Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time, and only within the calling hours permitted where you are. If your window falls outside those hours, we call at the closest time inside them.
What happens after you send this: A member of our team will discuss your workflow; no pressure to replace your current system.
