PAYMENT + COMPLIANCE DEMO, NO MIGRATION
Add a Payment and Compliance Check to the PM Software You Already Run.
A 15-minute walkthrough of one narrow workflow: a subcontractor payment, the documents it depends on, and the approval that releases it. Nothing to migrate to see it.
Bring one real sub payment from a live job. We walk that one, not a slide deck.

What the 15 minutes cover
Pick one sub payment from a live job
You choose it. The walkthrough follows your real sub, your real documents and your real approver.
See which documents it depends on
COI, W-9 and lien waiver status next to the payment, including which one would put it on hold.
Walk the approval to the payment trail
Who approves, what gets recorded, and how the paperwork and the payment record stay linked, with the PM data you already have.
What stays the same
- Your PM softwareSchedules, jobs and sub lists stay where they are.
- Your team’s habitsNobody re-learns a system to see this workflow.
- Your subs’ processThey still send the same documents; the difference is where those documents land and when gaps surface.
What gets added
- The compliance checkExpiring or missing subcontractor documentation surfaces before a payment goes out.
- The approval recordEach payment shows the approval it depends on and who still needs to act.
- The payment trailPayment history and the documents behind it, reconciled in one place.

See it side by sideBefore you book
Do we have to switch PM tools?
No. True Home is positioned to work alongside the project-management software you already use, handling the subcontractor payment and compliance side.
Who uploads COIs and W-9s?
Subcontractor documentation is collected and tracked inside the workflow. Who uploads what in your setup, your office, your subs or both, is confirmed with our team in the walkthrough.
What happens if a document is expired?
The workflow is designed to surface expiring or expired documentation before a payment goes out, so the question comes up before the money moves rather than after. The specifics for your setup are confirmed in the demo.
Which payment partners does True Home use?
Payment partners, and how payments run in your setup, are confirmed by our team during the walkthrough rather than listed here.
What's current pricing?
Pricing is confirmed by our team from the approved catalog, so you get a number that is accurate for your situation. Ask during the walkthrough or a callback.
What do COI, W-9 and lien waiver mean?
- Certificate of insurance (COI)
- A document from a subcontractor's insurer showing which coverage the sub carries and when it expires. It is the paper you want current before that sub is on site or gets paid.
- W-9
- The tax form that gives you a subcontractor's legal name and taxpayer identification number. You need it on file before paying a sub, so year-end reporting is not a scramble.
- Lien waiver
- A sub's signed release of lien rights for work that has been paid. Matching each waiver to the payment it covers keeps the payment trail clean.
Requirements vary by state, lender and contract. True Home organizes the documentation; it does not replace your counsel's guidance.
What happens after you book: A member of our team will discuss your workflow; no pressure to replace your current system.
